Aerial Hoop Solo 1

The ‘Aerial Hoop Solo 1’ set contains 50 hand-drawn tricks. These cover difficulty levels 1-3 out of 5.

The set therefore offers a good basis for beginners to the aerial hoop.

The tricks shown include a bit of everything:

• Classic beginner tricks on the aerial hoop
• Some more difficult tricks
• A good mix of basic positions on the aerial hoop and creative, lesser-known tricks

All tricks can be performed by people of different sizes.

When selecting the tricks, care was taken to ensure that all tricks can be performed with both a single point and a double point rigging on the hoop, even if they are illustrated differently.

The drawings, which are based on photos, are easy to understand and show all the important details.

The assigned levels of difficulty provide orientation.
