This is the perfect equipment for aerial hoop artists and instructors for every training situation.

The tricks shown include a little bit of everything:

• Classic beginner and advanced tricks on the aerial hoop
• A good mix of basic positions on the aerial hoop and creative trick
• All tricks can be performed by people of different sizes.

When selecting the tricks, care was taken to ensure that all tricks can be performed with both a single point and a double point rigging, even if they are shown differently.

The drawings based on photos are easy to understand and show all the important details.

The assigned levels of difficulty provide orientation.
