With the combination of the sets Aerial Hoop Duo 1 and Duo 2, you get 70 duo tricks of all levels of difficulty!

This is the perfect equipment for aerial hoop artists and instructors for every training situation.

The tricks shown include a little bit of everything:

• Classic beginner and advanced duo tricks on the aerial hoop
• A good mix of basic positions on the aerial hoop and creative tricks
• All tricks can be performed by people of body sizes.

When selecting the tricks, care was taken to ensure that almost all tricks can be performed with both a single point and a double point rigging, even if they are illustrated differently.

The drawings, which are based on photos, are easy to understand and show all the important details.

The assigned levels of difficulty provide orientation.
